Advisor360° Names Enterprise Software Veteran Mat Mathews, General Manager from Amazon/AWS as Senior Vice President, Product
WESTON, Mass. – Feb. 27, 2023 – Advisor360°, a leading provider of integrated technology for broker-dealers and other wealth managers, has announced that Mat Mathews has joined as Senior Vice President, Product. In this newly created role, the enterprise software veteran will oversee the company’s Product Management and UX teams, reporting directly to Darren Tedesco, President.
Prior to joining Advisor360°, Mathews was a General Manager of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Transfer Family, where he oversaw all aspects of the managed secure file transfer service for AWS cloud customers. He was also Vice President and General Manager of Composable Infrastructure BU and MS Azure Stack Hub for Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Earlier in his career, Mathews co-founded Plexxi, Inc., an innovative software-defined networking startup that was later sold to Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In addition, he held management positions in the technology enterprise space for companies such as Crossbeam Systems, Convergent Networks, Xylan (which was acquired by Alcatel), and Bay Networks.

Mathews’ appointment follows Advisor360°’s recent acquisition of the digital onboarding capabilities and related wealth management assets of Vancouver-based technology firm Agreement Express. CEO Napolitano has signaled previously that the company is focused on building out its platform in 2023 through strategic partnerships, as well as elevating and executing on its service, support, and product offering for future and current clients. Advisor360° is already one of the biggest software companies in wealth management, servicing millions of households and tens of thousands of advisors.
Mathews is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has a Strategic Planning Certificate from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
