Why I’m Here: Creating Meaningful Change

Why I’m Here: Creating Meaningful Change

This post is part of our ongoing series highlighting Advisor360° leaders who are disrupting the wealth management industry for the better. Each story showcases how our team addresses the unique challenges firms face today—driving innovation, improving efficiency and empowering advisors to deliver more personalized, high-quality service.

Stay tuned as we continue to feature the professionals behind Advisor360°'s mission to transform the future of wealth management.

The Potential of a Challenge

I’ve always been drawn to challenges. Not just the everyday hurdles we all face, but the big, complex problems that force you to think differently, adapt quickly, and push boundaries. Whether it’s shaping the future of a company, transforming its culture, or helping to redefine an industry, those are the challenges that excite me.

I’ve spent my career stepping into roles that demand transformation in one way or another and force me to stretch beyond my comfort zone. When I was introduced to Advisor360° through Jason Quinn, Advisor360° Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, I wasn’t just looking for the next step in my career. I was looking for the next big challenge.

The mission of modernizing technology in an industry that is often slow to adapt presented exactly that.

Building a Culture of Accountability

One of the first things I focus on when I join an organization is culture. Not the vague idea of culture, but the practical, data-driven framework of values and behaviors that drive success.

At LogMeIn, we called this a cultural transformation journey. At Drift, it was about aligning a fast-growing company around shared principles. At every stop along the way I’ve learned that meaningful change starts with operationalizing what matters most.

For me, that means creating an environment where accountability thrives. A place where people can take ownership of their work, feel empowered to act, and be rewarded for their contributions. It’s about turning lofty ideals into daily habits that guide how people lead, collaborate, and solve problems.

The Process of Change

I’ve learned that change is more than an adjustment. Change is a powerful opportunity for learning and growth. Yes, it can create a bit of fear, but that fear can serve as fuel, driving focus and inspiring your best work. Change can be uncomfortable. It takes the right people, systems, and environment in place to support it—to make transformation not only possible but meaningful.

That’s why at Advisor360° we treat talent acquisition like a sales funnel: “You measure what matters, use data to drive decisions, and iterate along the way.” We apply structure and discipline while maintaining the flexibility to move fast without sacrificing quality.

This focus on the process of change has been a constant throughout my career. It’s what allows organizations to grow sustainably, even in the face of complexity.

Finding the Right People and Defining Success

When hiring, we look for individuals who not only bring technical expertise but also align with our Leadership Principles. It’s about finding people who can thrive in an environment that fosters ownership, innovation, and accountability—individuals who are ready to take on big challenges and believe in the power of meaningful change.

The right people make all the difference. When you have the right people, you create the foundation for long-term success. They’re the ones who will drive transformation and help create a lasting impact within Advisor360° and the wealth management industry.

Be Part of the Change

My advice: If you're someone who wants to help create meaningful change, we want you to join us. Advisor360° is on a mission to transform the wealth management industry, and we’re looking for talented individuals who are ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an impact.

The work isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. If you’re ready to be part of something that lasts, to help shape the future, and to drive real change—let’s connect.
