Job Brief

As an L3 SaaS Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining complex software applications within our SaaS environment. You will leverage your deep expertise in modern software technologies to act as a liaison between support and engineering to diagnose and repair issues found across the platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and working with tool sets that will improve the accuracy, performance, and scalability of our software.  

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support of the Advisor360 SaaS platform including advanced monitoring, complex issue diagnosis, break/fix, and service restoration
• Optimization of application performance and availability   
• Design and development of serviceability tooling and features to allow enhance and streamline support capabilities 
• Build deep domain expertise on global infrastructure deployment technology and processes. 
• Analysis of software systems to identify opportunities for software and architecture improvements.
• Mentor and support team members with technical expertise and guidance 
• Ensures compliance with coding standards and development procedures 
• Respond to questions, research issues, and coordinates resolution of issues 
• Participation in on-call rotations 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on SaaS applications.
• Experience in .NET, Python or Angular required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand, enhance and improve code 
• In-depth understanding of full stack architectures, RESTful APIs, and database design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented
