Job Brief

We are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and oversee complex engineering projects from conception to successful completion. In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge, program management expertise, and exceptional interpersonal skills. 

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Manage programs at the initiative level with multiple features included 
  • Drive the execution of complex program plans across several distributed teams within their organization 
  • Coordinate across the Advisor360° organization to ensure end-to-end program planning and delivery 
  • Help facilitate program delivery by tracking feature-based delivery timelines, understand and manage internal and external deadlines, anticipate problems and complications by formulating solutions to avoid impeding the progress of the program 
  • Create plans and dashboards that allow anyone in A360 to get a clear view of the current status of programs you are responsible for
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively communicate and escalate issues to keep projects on track
  • Collaborate with QA teams to establish project quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet the desired quality metrics
  • Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems 
  • Recognize opportunities to use new or unique ideas and suggest novel solutions to operational problems 
  • Conduct effective meetings with cross-functional teams to drive program progress 
  • Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. Implement best practices in program management   

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of Program Management experience at a technical company 
  • Experience building software in an Agile software development life cycle 
  • Experience with software planning tool chains (ex. JIRA, Confluence, Atlas) 
  • Experience with building and managing program reporting 
  • Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills 
  • Positive attitude in the face of uncertainty
