Are you a transformative Product Manager ready to leverage data to redefine wealth management? We’re seeking a proactive Senior Product Manager with a proven ability to conceptualize, launch, and scale innovative products throughout their lifecycle. If you're passionate about crafting cloud-native solutions that drive P&L success and excel in leading teams through rapid, iterative development, we want to hear from you! 

Here's What You'll Do:

  • Product Strategy: Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of enterprise data solutions, blending visionary thinking with operational excellence to deliver impactful business results through agile iterations. Embrace a mindset of ideation, testing, validating, or pivoting proposals with equal fervor.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Harness data to illuminate opportunities, steer product decisions, enhance performance, and elevate user experiences.
  • Lifecycle Management: Drive product development from concept to launch using a “working backwards” approach, starting with the ideal customer experience. Crafting press releases and FAQs before building the product is a preferred practice.
  • Create Market-Leading Solutions: Design data management and integration solutions that resonate in the marketplace, delivering exceptional value and seamless user experiences.
  • Revenue Optimization: Develop products that not only meet user needs but also contribute to the company’s financial success. Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing to identify monetization opportunities and refine product-market fit.
  • Stakeholder Empowerment: Foster collaboration among stakeholders in engineering, design, customer success, and marketing to ensure smooth development processes and meaningful market adoption.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to grasp B2B customer needs and perform competitive analysis to ensure our products stand out.
  • Innovate with Technology: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance our products and features, pushing the boundaries of data capabilities.
  • Regulatory Excellence: Ensure all solutions empower our customers to navigate and meet the stringent regulatory standards of the financial services industry.
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: Build and nurture relationships with customers and prospects to cultivate a continuous stream of insights and innovations that resonate in the market.
  • Launch Excellence: Lead product launches in close collaboration with the marketing team, crafting tailored, innovative go-to-market strategies that are specifically designed to fit the unique attributes of each product and its target market, ensuring strong adoption and impactful success. 

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within multi-tenant data pipelines, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in launching products from concept to market, with multiple examples of building products from 0 to 1.
  • Customer Obsession: Strong commitment to understanding customer needs and incorporating their feedback into the product development process.
  • Working Backwards Approach: Experience in employing the “working backwards” methodology—starting with the desired customer experience and developing from there, including writing press releases and FAQs before building the product is preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in data pipeline management tools and processes.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services and regulatory compliance is preferred.
  • Collaborative Skills: Ability to define prototypes, and effectively communicate with engineering teams to translate business needs into viable products.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Excellent analytical skills with the capability to perform both qualitative and quantitative assessments of product performance.
