Our collaborative process ensures the timely, smooth, and seamless onboarding to our SaaS wealth management solution. Everyone who uses our platform undergoes extensive training so our clients can decrease ramp-up time, reduce support costs, and increase revenue from day one.
We organize onboarding by advisor-facing and home office functionality workstreams. Each workstream has a detailed charter that clearly defines collective team goals, milestones, and points of contact. Using a multi-step approach, the Implementation team identifies critical dates, dependencies, and deliverables.
Our Sales and Implementation teams ensure a smooth sales-to-implementation transition. Through a thorough discovery phase, we gain an understanding of your current business practices, advisor model, and technology infrastructure. The information gathered is used to create a detailed execution plan, including collaborative workshops and planning sessions, to unify work schedules.
We deliver business functionality and data (data feeds and data conversion) based on the execution plan. Before releasing the platform for user acceptance testing, our teams conduct extensive testing and validation. Dashboards, status reporting tools, and health checks ensure projects stay on target.
We work closely with you to ensure a seamless transition to our platform. All required activities are identified and defined with owners assigned. Activities include a communication plan, go-live playbooks, dress rehearsals, a Hypercare plan, and post go-live BAU support.
For an agreed period directly after go-live, we provide a dedicated implementation support team to address any issues and questions that arise. After Hypercare, you will transition to our standard support model.
The team oversees all onboarding activities and remains available throughout the implementation process and beyond.
The senior implementation lead is your main point of contact during the onboarding process and is responsible for all activities across program workstreams.
Implementation leads own individual workstreams, work closely with your internal onboarding team, and are responsible for all workstream-specific onboarding activities.
Our team also includes staff who coordinate with our implementation leads to ensure a successful conversion. Roles may include project managers, data conversion specialists, business analysts, and technology experts.
